Working with an architect is a personal journey and a relationship that can span several years. We work to understand our clients’ needs and realise them in every project.
Projects are inherently complex. Planning, cost and programme evolve over time. Our role is to manage these variables rigorously, keeping clients informed and supported at every stage.
Whilst our process is flexible, we are involved in many of our projects from concept to completion. If you are planning a new building, renovation or extension, we would be delighted to discuss your project.

Brief & feasibility
We listen to your needs, visit the site and test what is possible within your budget and planning context.

Concept design
We develop sketches, plans and 3D models, and refine them with you until the design feels right.
- 03
Planning
We prepare and submit the planning application, and manage dialogue with the local authority.
- 04
Technical design
We resolve the construction detail, materials and specification with engineers and consultants.
- 05
Tender
We help you select a builder, comparing tenders and agreeing a contract.
- 06
Construction
We visit site regularly so the building is built as it was drawn, and keep you informed throughout.
- 07
Completion & aftercare
We oversee handover, resolve any outstanding items and remain available once you have moved in.
