Quadrant Atelier is an independent architecture studio designing contemporary homes and buildings of exceptional quality. Our work is bold in design but always easy to live in.
Alongside the careful transformation of existing buildings, from period properties to city apartments, we design new one-off houses, commercial, hospitality and cultural projects. That experience means we understand what it takes to guide a design through planning, and to see it detailed and built to an exacting standard.
We are a small studio, and every project is led by a senior architect who sees it through from initial design to completion, giving every stage real time and care. Whether you are planning a new building or a significant renovation, or simply exploring what might be possible, we would welcome the chance to talk. Some of our best projects have begun with a conversation before the brief was fully formed.
Discuss Your Project/ Architects & Designers
Our buildings are defined by clarity of design, careful proportion and a real understanding of how people live and work day to day. The result is architecture that is expressive yet calm, and spaces that support everyday life as well as special moments.
Each project is planned with its garden and landscape from the outset. We usually design the interiors alongside the architecture, so that every space, material and detail works as one: architectural in its clarity, but warm and easy to live with.
We lead the whole project as Lead Consultant and Principal Designer, working with consultants, builders and craftspeople we trust.

/ About Us
Our studios are in Manchester, London, Prishtina and Istog. From here we work with private clients and developers across the UK, Kosovo and abroad, with consultants, craftspeople and suppliers we know well.
Quadrant Atelier is led by architects who care about calm, well-proportioned buildings with a strong sense of place, material and time. Our approach runs through all our work: designs that are bold in character but easy to live in, with interiors that are architectural but never austere.
/ Our Process
Building or transforming a home is a big undertaking. We start by understanding what matters most to you, so that the design suits both your brief and your site.
We work in seven clear stages, from the first brief to after you have moved in, so you always know where the project is and what comes next.
Most clients work with us from the first design to completion. A senior architect leads your project throughout, so you deal with the same experienced person at every stage.
