The Fushë Kosova Cultural Incubator Express

The Fushë-Kosova Urban Revitalization Project reimagines the area with public spaces, refurbished train wagons as cultural hubs, and walkable zones, all designed to reflect Fushë-Kosova’s unique identity. Addressing urban density and social divides, this project unites neighborhoods, creating a vibrant, community-centered destination that enhances quality of life for all.

Welcome to our very first project publication – The Fushe Kosova Cultural Incubator Express. This project has been a labor of love, taking longer than expected, but we are incredibly proud of what we’ve created. We see this as just the beginning, with plenty of room to grow, refine, and improve. Your input and collaboration are essential to bringing this vision to life.

The reason I came up with this project is that I live in Fushe Kosova, and as an architect, I was constantly reminded just how poorly the city’s design serves its residents. Walking around the municipality became increasingly challenging, and finding a space that wasn’t simply another café was rare. Even getting to a café was difficult due to the city’s design. I felt compelled to act, to imagine a solution, however imperfect. This project is my answer to that challenge – an attempt to enhance Fushe Kosova's livability. I'm not claiming it’s a flawless solution, but it’s a step driven by a genuine will to make a difference.

I prepared this plan with a vision for a better Fushe Kosova and would be honored to work with you to develop it further.
